A business owner can request corrections to factual details on their own listing (a wrong phone number, an outdated service area, incorrect hours). What an owner cannot do is edit their own score, sentiment summary, or ranking position. Those stay tied to the data and the rubric, not to who asks.

Sponsorship, when it appears

Some pages may include sponsored placements. These are always labeled “Sponsored,” displayed in a separate section from the earned rankings, and never allowed to move a business up or down in the actual ranked list. Paying for visibility buys visibility, not a better score.
